• Renewal data you provide during onboarding (customer lists, premiums, renewal dates).

How we use it

To arrange and run your demo, configure and operate your renewal desk, follow up on your enquiries, and improve the product. We do not sell your data or the data of your customers to anyone.

WhatsApp and communication data

Where you opt to use WhatsApp messaging for renewals, messages are sent on your behalf to your customers using approved messaging tools. Content and delivery records are stored only for the purpose of running your renewal operations.

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of the data we hold about you at any time by contacting us. We respond to such requests within a reasonable time.
